We meet again, you and I.

I thought I told you I never wanted to see you again. And yet, here you are. A reminder of a distant past for which I closed, but was really just ajar. The sliver cracks allowed a breeze of temptation for you to pull. And it worked, for in increments of time I inhaled your gusts of wind - I’m full. You embody me whole and destroy my world so sublime. I exhale hard enough to push you away, hoping you destruct over time.

I thought I told you I never wanted to see you again. But somehow I need you to wake me up - Failure’s no friend.
